Merrill financial advisor Melissa Spickler named to prestigious Barron's 2019 "Top 100 Women Financial Advisors" list

Merrill Wealth Management Advisor Melissa Spickler has been recognized on the 2019 Barron’s list of “Top 100 Women Financial Advisors.” Melissa is one of just three Merrill financial advisors in Michigan named to the Barron’s list. This is the 8th year in a row Melissa has been named to the Barron’s list. She was also named to the Forbes 2019 “America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors” list.
This recognition is not only an industry honor, but also a testament to her accomplishments. Spickler, who joined Merrill in 1980, holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. She is also a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing her own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios and third-party investment strategies.
Melissa built her team with the aim of providing individuals and businesses with the same high-quality wealth management she would expect to receive as a client. She believes that this commitment to excellence, together with her integrity, collaborative approach and dedicated work ethic, are among the reasons that some clients have chosen to remain with her for more than three decades and that a number of her relationships span four generations.
