TRAFFIC ALERT: Gas Main Break Closes Part of Crooks Road

TROY, MI – The northbound outer lane of Crooks Road at Kirts Boulevard in Troy is closed to traffic due to a gas main break that is being addressed by Consumers Energy, the Road Commission of Oakland County said.

The east side of Kirts Boulevard at Crooks Road is also closed to traffic.

Traffic will be able to proceed north on one lane of Crooks Road in the work zone; however, Kirts Boulevard is closed on the east side of the intersection.

This area will remain closed until the gas main repair work is completed by Consumer’s Energy.

Additional information will be released once the area is completely reopened to traffic.
