Video game fans unite at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan's themed Adult Night

LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Michigan will welcome local video game fans to celebrate a love of classic and current video games with a special themed edition of Adult Night, set for 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 30.

Video Game Night will feature several contests and activities, such as a Video Game Character Build Contest, in which guests will build their favorite character from a video game, such as Mario, Zelda or Pac Man; a Kingdom Quest High Score competition; and a Video Game Trivia Contest, where groups can compete in a Jeopardy-style game highlighting video game-themed categories. The winner of each competition will receive a prize built by LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan Master Model Builder Clint Parry.

“As LEGOLAND Discovery Center continues to grow in popularity, we are excited to share the attraction with the many grown up fans in our community,” said Hayley Anderson, general manager for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan. “Our video game theme will create a fun and playful evening of activities that will appeal to many adults who are young at heart.”

Adult Night guests are encouraged to explore the entire attraction, including the LEGO themed rides Kingdom Quest and Merlin’s Apprentice, 4D Cinema that brings favorite LEGO characters to life, numerous themed build and play areas, and the popular MINILAND exhibit that displays beloved local Detroit landmarks made from LEGO bricks.
