This year an unprecedented number of Republican women are running for MI House seats. In addition, Terri Lynn Land is running against Congressman Gary Peters for the US Senate seat being vacated by the retiring Sen. Levin. Ms. Land has been invited, as has Christina Conyers, who is a Republican who will be running against the winner of the hotly contested Democrat primary for the 14th Congressional District. Ms. Conyers is completing her active tour of duty in the U.S. Air Force.
The participants of the form who are running for MI House of Representatives include: Kathy Crawford R, Novi, Andrea Schroeder R, Clarkston, Deb O'Hagan R, West Bloomfield, Julie Grippo R, Farmington Hills, Jan Peabody R, Lapeer, and Wendy Day R, of Livingston County.

Lisa Langton and Karen Geibel who are vying for the open seat on the Oakland County Circuit Court will also participate. This race is nonpartisan.
The women candidates for Oakland County Commissioner have also been invited, and Shelley Taub R, Andrea Brim, R and Christina Barr, R have confirmed.
