- Bring together the fruits and veggies of summer by learning how to make dough used in sweet and savory tarts. Different types of crusts will be explored during class. Space is limited.

- Tuesday, July 24: 6:30 – 8 p.m.
- Trying to lower your sodium intake? Learn how to build flavors with herbs and seasonings to enhance recipes and encourage you to create your own meals. Discover a better understanding of how herbs and spices work together.
Senior Healthy Living

- Come to an afternoon of food, fun and community. The class includes healthy twists to traditional recipes with a cooking demo, tasting, and tour of the hospital.
Each class is $19 per person.
Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is located at 6777 W. Maple Road, in West Bloomfield. The Demonstration Kitchen is off the main lobby.
Classes fill quickly, and registration closes 72 hours before the day of class.
