Prime Concepts Detroit Opening Newest Restaurant In Oakland County

WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI — Stoli's, a new restaurant by Prime Concepts Detroit, will open sometime this fall in West Bloomfield.

The new restaurant will serve elevated comfort cuisine, such as the Stoli Double Smash Cheeseburger, a creamy carbonara and a mortadella sandwich finished with a rich mornay sauce.

The menu will also feature Halal options and focus on fresh and organic ingredients.

Chefs will carry the same culinary standards found throughout other Prime Concepts Detroit restaurants, including no seed oils, high-grade premium meats, organic poultry and prime, grass-fed beef.

The dining room will seat up to 80 guests and include a dedicated lounge, bar, pool tables and dart boards. There will also be a 50-seat outdoor patio during seasonal dining.

Staff will also host weekly trivia nights, pool leagues and other unique activations throughout the year.

Stoli's is named after Stolion "Stoli" Liti, who is Prime Concepts Detroit’s managing partner, director of operations and the group's hospitality guru.

"I've been trying to convince Stoli to do this for years. He's the most naturally gifted hospitality professional I've ever worked with. It's who he is, not a job he does. His background, where he comes from, the way he makes a room feel: I like to call him Mr. Hospitality because he is the best in the business. I wanted a restaurant built around that," Chairman and CEO of Barbat Holdings and Prime Concepts Detroit Joe Barbat said. "It took a lot of convincing, but we're here, and I couldn't be happier that he's the name and face behind our first Stoli's."

Stoli's pays homage to Liti's European background and draws inspiration from the timeless appeal of Italian trattorias, French bistros and Spanish tascas.

The experience pairs warm and genuine hospitality, where staff say the philosophy is simple: come as you are, stay awhile and feel at home.

"We want every guest to walk through our doors feeling like they're among friends, enjoy an outstanding meal and leave looking forward to their next visit."

Stoli's will open at 6203 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield. An exact opening date has not yet been confirmed.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with brunch served Saturdays and Sundays.
