My wife and I have been around church all of our lives. I remember as a child, being so bored and restless waiting for the pastor to stop talking and end the thing! Fast-forward to today, and I am looking back on over 18 years of being a pastor myself! Crazy stuff, right?! My dream from the very beginning was to lead a church where people would come alive and live their full potential. In 2010, a new church was born in the Lakes Area named Epic Life Church, and this is just that kind of place.
Having four children of our own now, we wanted them to have a place where they could really grow, and a place they would thrive in. Even aside from all of the wonderful camps and events for kids, every Sunday they can't wait for church. In fact, they are out in the car waiting for us every week! When they arrive, they have so much fun, mingled in with life-building teaching, skits, puppets, great music, games and prizes. If I had a place like this growing up, I wouldn't want to leave either!
