Lafayette Place Lofts in Pontiac may still be under construction, but the high-end development is open to the public this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. during the Lofts open house.
When completed this December, the Lafayette Place development will not only include the Lafayette Place Lofts, but also Lafayette Market, and a new, modern Anytime Fitness.
Lafayette Place Lofts will consist of 46 new upscale one and two bedroom rental lofts ranging from $675 to $1,295 per month. Amenities include a rooftop oasis, secure indoor parking, exposed brick walls, bamboo floors, open floor plans, historic large pane windows, granite countertops, upgraded appliances and brushed nickel fixtures.

Lafayette Market will offer fresh lunch options for both professionals on the run, or those who want to sit and enjoy, as well as a full café, catering and fresh produce and meats.
Anytime Fitness will be open to members 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The state of the art, secure gym will include top of the line LifeFitness equipment, Hammer Strength and group fitness classes to fit any schedule.
