My name is John Samson, and I am a resident in a small community called Lakewood Village in White Lake. I would like to invite anyone that can read these word to join us at our Oktoberfest Celebration tomorrow, Saturday, October 6th! This is the encore to last year's spectacular event and is a "Community" event where adults and children are welcome. This promises to be a "fun-for-all" event and will be a celebration of both our Village and the rituals of autumn.
Join us for a 5K and Children's 1K Fun Run/Walk in the morning to raise money for our playground/pavilion fund at Brendle Beach. In the afternoon, there will be great food provided from residents in the Chili Cookoff. Afterwards, the kids (and adults) can enjoy a magic show with "Tom the Magician" and an ice cream social to boot. To top it off, the area's "Full Sail Band" will end the night with music everyone can dance the night away too!
