Astronomy at the Beach 9/9

Enjoy Astronomy at the Beach from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, Sept. 9  and Saturday, Sept. 10 at Kensington Metropark's Maple Beach.

See the moon and stars as you’ve never seen them before! Telescopes will be set up for observation, and several astronomy clubs will present a variety of starry programs. 

This event is hosted by the Great Lakes Association of Astronomy Clubs. This free event takes place rain or shine. For more information go to www-personal.umich.edu/~dgs/kensington/.
