Anyone interested in joining the Lakeland Varsity Boys Swim and Dive team is invited to the first day of practice Monday, Nov. 21.
No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn! There are no cuts for the team: anyone can join. We are always looking for new team members!
All athletes should report to the pool deck at 3 p.m. sharp, already dressed in dryland workout clothes - shoes, shorts & t-shirt, and water bottle (use the swim locker room). Swim practice will immediately follow dryland. Bring a suit & goggles. Divers should report to dryland as well. Dive practice will begin at 4:30 p.m.
