Sports Physicals
AUGUST 20 - Lakeland Ice Arena
Lakeland Hockey Association will again offer their yearly "Player Physicals" performed by Dr. Pat Mitchell & Staff. These are very thorough physical exams - great for school sport requirements.
When: Saturday, August 20th, 2011
Time: 8am-Noon
Where: Lakeland Ice Arena / Blue Rink
Cost: $20.00
*Open to anyone (girls or boys) ages 5 & up. Forms provided. If your school or activity requires a specific form bring it with you.
All proceeds to support the LHA "Scholarship Fund"
