Tracking the Wild Turkey takes place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26 at Indian Springs Metropark Environmental Discovery Center
Ben Franklin thought they should be the national bird. You may have eaten one for Thanksgiving. And until just a few decades ago, these wild gobblers had been completely eliminated from Michigan. Come learn about these fascinating birds, then head out into the park as we track the wild turkey! Ages 6 and up.
Event fee is $3 per person plus $5 park admission fee without annual park pass.
