Come out and help an ex-Navy man, and father, who is suffering from severe medical conditions and unable to work. His condition has deteriorated in the last month, according to friends, and obtaining medical assistance has been a series of rep tape.
The Sock Hop Benefit for the Michael Kerchaert Family kicks off Saturday at 5 p.m. at VFW Post 9914. There will be music, dancing and karaoke along with $1 beers, well drinks and free food. The cost to attend is a $4 donation at the door.
