Come join Clean Boats, Clean Waters and the Huron River Watershed Council for a free volunteer aquatic invasive species workshop from 9 am to noon Saturday, July 23.
At the workshop you will learn how to inspect recreational watercraft for invasive species and how to identify common invasive species in Michigan.
You will also receive a free binder with information on the program. This training is targeted to people who live on or near a lake, but the information presented will be interesting to everyone concerned about the spread of exotic plants.
