We will be running a Yoga class through the Highland Adult Activity Center. Thursday mornings at 8am.The fee for the class is $25 for a 5 week session. We are hoping to incoporate a massage therapy session immediatly following tha Yoga class. The Massage fee is $15 for a 20 minute massage. Both The class will be held at the church building at 205 North Livingston. Any questions please call 248-887-1707 and ask for Heidi or Edna.
