I Can See Why They Call It Million Dollar Pie

A 5-minute pie that will delight your taste buds.

A few weeks ago I took a vacation... I must say, it was incredible.

Both my immediate and extended families met up at a beautiful beachfront home in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It was my first time in that area and, now that I've left, I am dying to go back.

While hanging out at the stores in Corolla, NC I found a Taste of the Outer Banks cookbook. As you all know, I can't turn a good cookbook down so I bought it.

For my brother Mike's graduation party this past weekend I made a pie using a recipe from the Outer Banks book. I chose Million Dollar Pie, and I can say after have a slice that I know why they call it that.

The sweet tangy taste of the pie explodes your taste buds with flavor, it really does taste incredible. Not only that, it only took 5-minutes to make.
