Improve Job Opportunities With Computer Training Class
Strengthen your computer skills to get a job or snag a promotion in 12-week class beginning Jan. 12. Scholarships for qualified students.

Register now to strengthen vital computer skills to get a job or snag a promotion through 12-week Better Job Opportunities course, which begins January 12, 2015 at the David B. Hermelin ORT Resource Center in West Bloomfield. Hands-on classroom training covers Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Access®, Publisher and Outlook®. The program also includes job preparedness training and seminars. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of proficiency.
Classes are presented in two 3-hour sessions per week for 12 weeks with M-W and T-Th options available. The course fee is $720; however, students who are unemployed or underemployed may qualify for scholarships made available through funding from ORT Michigan and The Jewish Fund. Space is limited and an application is required for eligibility.
