Mission Point Management Services, LLC Invests Nearly $12 Million With Nursing and Physical Rehabilitation Center

Mission Point Management Services, LLC, a full-service healthcare and property management company, announced today it has invested nearly $12 million into its newest facility, Mission Point Nursing & Physical Rehabilitation Center of Holly, a short-term transitional rehabilitation center, located in the Village of Holly, Oakland County, Michigan. Mission Point Management Services, LLC’s owner Roger Mali made the announcement.

The 35,000-square-foot center will create 75 local jobs and accommodate patients of all ages with both short and longer-term nursing and rehabilitation needs. Focusing on physical and occupational therapy, Mission Point Nursing & Physical Rehabilitation Center of Holly will serve patients in their transition between the hospital and home.

“We are thrilled to be opening this state-of-the-art center in the Village of Holly,” said Mali. “Our close proximity to area health systems combined with our welcoming environment and elevated level of care will differentiate our center from all others in the region.”

The new 66-bed nursing and physical rehabilitation center is located at 313 Sherwood, just three miles west of I-75 It is the former site of Holly Convalescent Center. Mission Point purchased the former nursing home in 2015 and tore it down to make way for the new center which includes specialized physical, occupational and speech therapy units, private dining, a beauty salon and barber shop, 48 fully-private rooms with private bathrooms and exceptional finishes throughout.

“We know that we can never replace home,” said Mali. “But that has been our target. We know that the more comfortable we can make a patient, the quicker we can help them recover.”

To celebrate the opening, the new center hosted an open house event on Wednesday, January 25 from 12-6 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3:00 p.m. Local dignitaries, including Holly Village Manager Jerry Walker and Village Council members were in attendance.
