Oakland County girl promotes college savings in MSU parade
A Rochester Hills girl is continuing her duties as "the face of college savings" in Michigan for 2014.
Lorelei Susko, 5, of Rochester Hills, represents the Michigan Education Savings Program on a float in the Michigan State University homecoming parade on Friday, Sept. 26. Lorelei, a kindergartner in Rochester Community Schools, is helping promote college savings in Michigan throughout 2014 by starring in MESP advertisements and participating in other promotional events throughout the state on behalf of the state Treasury Department program. She is the daughter of Dan and Michelle Susko of Rochester Hills.
