In order to help women stay active during their pregnancies and beyond, this program will give you everything you need to stay fit during and after your pregnancy. Β Β We use many fitness disciplines to stretch and maintain a good fitness level during pregnancy.Β After baby comes we help you strengthen your core, build overall strength and endurance plus help you shed fat. Β We also use yoga and pilates to calm the body, teach deeper breathing, opening the upper body and stretching the lower body.
