• International Tax Manager, Rehmann, Troy: Rehmann provides tax planning solutions for clients’ cross border businesses and personal transactions. Tax professionals offer edge solutions while maintaining a common-sense approach including international tax planning and compliance, transfer pricing, cross border mergers and acquisitions, expatriate taxation, U.S. taxation of foreign persons, exportation of U.S. goods, foreign tax credit planning and tax treaties.
• Tax Manager - Community Practice, Plante Moran, Auburn Hills: The person hired for this position at one of the largest public accounting and management consulting firms in the United States is responsible for managing all aspects of the annual tax compliance for business, individual, and fiduciary clients including planning, scheduling, projections, extensions, responses to tax notices, research, drafting client memorandum, and calculating quarterly estimated payments.

No. 3: Solutions architect, paying a median annual base salary of $119,500.

• Solution Architect, General Motors, Warren: The Solution Architect functions as an IT lead responsible for the design and implementation of the systems and business processes for on boarding and off boarding of all personnel who are part of GM’s global enterprise. This includes management of ID assignment and identity profile data, and automated provisioning of birth right entitlements.
• BI Solution Architect, Silverlink Technologies, Troy: The client is looking for a business intelligence solution architect with 12-15 years’ experience in implementing end-to-end data warehouse projects, including experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, BI technologies like BO, QlikView and ETL technologies like Informatica. BI Solution experience in Teradata and Informatica will be key. Manufacturing domain experience will be preferred. Experience in Big Data will be a plus.

No. 4: Engagement manager, paying a median annual base salary of $125,000.

• Engagement Manager, Beaumont Hospitals, Troy: The engagement manager will have overall responsibility for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of data solutions. The individual hired for this position will be the customer’s point of contact as it relates to reporting and dashboard and data engagement and will ensure appropriate communication amongst the entire BI team and business stakeholders within Beaumont.
• Manager, Community Engagement, American Diabetes Association, Southfield: The community engagement manager is responsible for the organization and implementation of community outreach programs; will recruit, build and steward community-based leaders and partners to align with the American Diabetes Association’s strategic plan and initiatives, improving the community’s overall health and wellness; and also be responsible for grant submission, maintaining a budget, market goals for programs, and stewarding community leaders.

• AEM Developer, Computer Futures, Southfield: Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps; create and integrate content-driven applications on top of CQ5 core platform and integrate with E-commerce solutions and search engines; Asset Management (DAM) implementation, object model design (Java APIs), implementation, and unit testing; and other duties.

• Human Resources Manager, Learning Care Group, Novi: The Learning Care Group, the second-largest leader of for-profit early education services, is looking for a human resources manager who will be a business partner responsible for a broad range of HR responsibilities Primary duties include: employee relations, talent and succession planning, HR compliance, performance management, and training/development.
