Polish Pottery Party and sale in downtown Milford, Aug. 11-14

Polish dance performances, Polish food to kick off Polish Pottery sale event

5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11, downtown Milford kitchen and home store Acorn Farm will kick off its 8th annual Polish Pottery Party and sale, with live Polish dance performances by young local dancers of the Polish National Alliance Centennial Dancers, authentic Polish foods from Hamtramck’s Polish Village and of course, a vast selection of hand-painted Polish stoneware, a favorite all around the world.

Beginning on Aug. 11 and continuing through Sunday, Aug. 14, shoppers can browse Acorn Farm’s selection of Polish pottery on sale for 20% off, including Unikat pieces, signed by the artists who created them. Handcrafted in Poland at studio Ceramika ArtystycznaΒ with intricate culturally-inspired patterns, each piece is safe to use in the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.Β
