TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants To Host Fundraiser Benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association
On March 16, 130 of TSFR's locations will participate in the 33rd MDA Shamrock Program and match up to $25,000 in guest donations.
LIVONIA, Mich., March XX, 2015—TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR), a Livonia, Mich.-based family-owned restaurant group with an expansive portfolio of casual, quick service and family dining restaurants throughout the state, announced today that they will be participating in the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA) 33rd annual MDA Shamrock Program at each of their 130 restaurant concepts. To further benefit MDA, TSFR has pledged to match up to $25,000 in guest donations throughout the state on Monday, March 16, as an added method to raise additional funds and encourage the Michigan community to support the cause. TSFR Director of Marketing Barb Pasciak made the announcement.
With a goal of raising $100,000, all 66 Applebee’s, 60 BURGER KING® restaurants and four Del Taco locations owned and operated by TSFR will participate in this one-day donation matching event. All guest and TSFR donations collected throughout the day will directly aid Michigan residents suffering from muscular dystrophy and related illnesses.
“As a locally owned and operated restaurant group, TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants is committed to partnering with organizations that have an impact on our local communities,” said Pasciak. “We are proud to once again be participating in MDA’s Shamrock Program, helping to raise funds and awareness for this great cause. We know that every dollar counts in the fight against some of the most debilitating illnesses that MDA faces on a daily basis, and these funds will go a long way toward finding a much needed cure.”
