White Lake Man in Federal Custody on Child Pornography Charges
Homeland Security authorities allege John Millmine distributed pornographic video and images showing himself engaged in sexual activity with a toddler.
A White Lake man is in federal custody on first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges after he allegedly shared video of himself engaged in sexual activity with a toddler.
John Millmine, 34, was arrested Nov. 11 after Homeland Security Investigations special agents executed a search warrant at his home, WXYZ-TV is reporting. The warrant was reportedly based on information from authorities in Phoenix and Ireland.
Agents seized a smartphone that contained belonging to Millmine allegedly containing several images and videos, according to the news release distributed by HSI to news organizations.

If convicted, Millmine faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 yars in prison.
