Want to lose a few pounds for the summer months? Join Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital's new medical weight loss program. The 12-week program runs every Wednesday at 5 p.m. The program includes:12-week nutrition group education classes, weekly weigh-ins, one-on-one counseling with a Registered Dietitian, food intake analysis by a Registered Dietitian, individual meal plans and other support throughout the course of the program.
