Belicoso Martini Cigar Bar is holding a St. Patrick's Day party on March 17, kicking off at noon and going until closing time. There will be food and drink specials all day long, from $5 Irish Car Bombs and $6 Irish Coffees, to $5 corned-beef sandwiches and $8 corned beef, cabbage and potato dinners.
