WYANDOTTE - Four clinical areas at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and Brownstown Health Center have been cited by a national organization for consistently high levels of excellence in patient satisfaction.


The Guardian of Excellence Award℠ by Press Ganey honors clients annually who have consistently reached the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction based on one year of data.

Press Ganey is the nation’s leading health care performance improvement company and partners with more than 11,000 health care facilities, including more than half of all U.S. hospitals, to reduce suffering and improve the patient experience.
