K of C Tops Last Year's Fundraising Total for Food Pantry
The Wyandotte chapter of the Catholic service group collected $7,200 for the Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry in Taylor.

The Knights of Columbus of Wyandotte recently donated $7,200 to Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry, according to a News-Herald report.
This is the second consecutive year the Catholic service organization has raised money for the Taylor food pantry, the report stated. The K of C also raised $1,000 more for the program than it did last year, the report added.
The bulk of the money was collected during outings in December of last year that had volunteers asking motorists for donations, the report stated. The donation check was presented to the pantry Feb. 10, the report added.
