Class Colors Day, which is Thursday, calls for members of each grade to wear specific colors. The freshman class will be wearing purple and brown, the sophomores will be clad in green and orange, juniors in yellow and red and seniors will spend the day wearing black and white.

In support of the Roosevelt Bears football team, Friday will be Blue and Gold Day and Teddy Bear Day. Classes will be shortened a little to allow for a pep rally at the end of the day. As a safety reminder, members of Students Against Destructive Decisions will give out red ribbons to fellow classmates for them to wear on Friday.

Also, as part of Spirit Week, the annual Powder Puff flag football game was played Tuesday night at Roosevelt. A team made up of senior girls took on a team of junior girls, with each side being coached by members of the varsity football team. The junior girls prevailed, 7-0.
