  • Whiz Kid’s Age: 14
  • Whiz Kid’s School:
  • Whiz Kid’s Accomplishment: Morgan’s greatest passion is gymnastics. The ninth-grader spends 14 hours a week practicing at Aerial Express in Monroe. Morgan recently competed at a meet in Farmington Hills where she received medals in all four events she participated in. She medaled in vault, beam, floor and bars. She also won the all-around-champion with a score of 36.275, and the traditional hand stand contest. Her team took home the first-place trophy that day.
  • Whiz Kid’s Key to Awesomeness: Morgan is so successful because she is so focused in everything she does. She has been earning all A’s since seventh grade at . She is a student council representative for her freshman class at Roosevelt. She also is part of the Roosevelt Figure Skating Club where she practices weekly and participates in competitions. Morgan sacrifices going to school events at times because of gymnastics, but she is dedicated to giving 100 percent at the gym. She is striving to be in the top 10 when she graduates, and with the hard work ethic and dedication she has, her goal is certainly within reach.
