Wyandotte Football Beats Lincoln Park 41-0
Leading the way for Wyandotte was Kevin Matejko, Devan Stewart, Damon Singleton, Aaron Robinson and Jacob Simpson.
Playing at home Friday night, defeated Lincoln Park 41-0 and maintains its perfect record for 2012. The Bears (4-0) looked a bit sluggish early on, but eventually pulled away for the big win against the Railsplitters (0-4).
Devan Stewart caught three touchdown passes from quarterback Kevin Matejko, while Damon Singleton and Aaron Robinson each ran one in. Kicker Jacob Simpson made two field goals and was a perfect five-for-five on extra point attempts.
The victory sets up a huge showdown next week for the Bears at Taylor Truman (4-0), as the two unbeaten squads will battle for first place in the Downriver League.
