Osakis Public School Evacuated After Bomb Threat Thursday

The Osakis Public School​ building was evacuated following the bomb threat, which was sent over email, school officials said.

TODD COUNTY, MN — A central Minnesota school was evacuated after a bomb threat was sent over email Thursday morning, according to school officials

Students at Osakis Public School were evacuated following the threat. Classes were canceled for the remainder of the day.

"We are asking that parents please come and pick up their child," Superintendent Randy Bergquist said in a video message. "We are going to close the school for the day."
