Tenants are expected to move into Apple Valley's newest retail development in late spring.
APPLE VALLEY, MN — Apple Valley's newest retail development Orchard Place will be finished in January, and tenants will be able to move in between April and June, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Here are the confirmed future tenants of the 46-acre retail development, according to the report:
- Punch Pizza
- Crisp & Green
- Sweet Treasures
- Newt's
- Starbucks
- Red Nails
- Sports Clips
- Chipotle
- Texas Roadhouse
- Mister Car Wash
- McCoys Copper Pint
- Lunds & Byerlys
This leaves 17 buildable acres for future developments at Orchard Place, according to the report.
