Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine's Son Gets Probation In Trump Protest
During the rally, Woody Kaine changed into black clothes and entered Minnesota's Capitol, authorities said. He ran and resisted arrest.

ST. PAUL, MN — Linwood "Woody" Kaine, youngest son of Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, received probation stemming from his arrest at a rally in St. Paul in March.
Woody Kaine, 25, of Minneapolis, was one of eight people arrested and he pleaded guilty to obstructing the legal process. He served four days in jail and was ordered to pay $236 in fines and fees related to his arrest following a rally for President Donald Trump. Two misdemeanor charges were dismissed earlier this month.
During the rally, Woody Kaine and others changed into black clothes and went into the Capitol, a criminal complaint said. Kaine ran and resisted arrest, the complaint said.
