Winona Firefighters Rescue Couple, 2 Dogs Stranded On Bluff

Firefighters used ropes to pull the dogs and two people to safety.

WINONA, Minn. – Firefighters rescued a couple and their dogs Monday afternoon in Winona.

The Winona Fire Department says the couple went over the edge of the Garvin Heights Lookout area. They went after their two dogs and got stranded on the bluff.
