• Minnesota tree trimmer charged in coworker's death after on-the-job horseplay turns deadly (fox40jackson.com) — A tree-trimming worker has been charged with second-degree manslaughter after a coworker died during a job in Apple Valley, where authorities say a hydraulic grapple fatally injured the man's head. Dakota County prosecutors allege negligent "horseplay" with the equipment led to the death, and the accused is currently being held in the county jail on set bail.
