APPLE VALLEY, MN — Make sure to avoid any tricks this Halloween by knowing the curfew rules. It is unlawful for anyone 12 and under to be present in any public place in Dakota County between these hours:
- Sunday – Thursday: 9 p.m. - 5 a.m.
- Friday – Saturday: 10 p.m. - 5 a.m.
For ages 12-14:
- Sunday – Thursday: Be home from 10 p.m. - 5 a.m.
- Friday – Saturday: Be home from 11 p.m. - 5 a.m.
For ages 15-17:
