Apple Valley City Council To Conduct Meetings By Telephone Or Other Electronic Means
The Council has directed that regular, special and emergency meetings of the City may be conducted by telephone or other electronic means.

The City Council for the City of Apple Valley has declared a Local Emergency in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and following the determination of the City Administrator and City Attorney that in-person meetings or a meeting conducted under Minnesota Statute §13D.02 are not prudent because of the Local Emergency, the Council has directed that regular, special and emergency meetings of the council, commissions and committees of the City may be conducted by telephone or other electronic means until such time as in-person meetings can resume in a practical and prudent manner.
