Apple Valley Officer Responds to Reported Home Invader: A Mouse
A woman petrified of a mouse that invaded her house decided to phone up the local authorities. Unfortunately, they weren't much help.
What do you do when there's a critter invading your space and at that moment, you're not feeling brave enough to handle the situation by yourself? One resident decided to call the police.
A woman recently called the Apple Valley Police Department on a report of a mouse in her house. She was petrified, and said she didn't know what to do and asked if an officer could come over and assist her.
So how did the officer do?

According to police, the officer unsuccessfully attempted to "detain" and remove home intruder. The mouse was able to escape the officer's best laid trap.
The officer jokingly advised the woman that "she might want to stay at a hotel given the mouse's Houdini act."

The reported mouse is still at large.
