Apple Valley Police Help Couple Who Lost Key To Their Handcuffs

The man said he was "embarrassed" and would rather not say why he was handcuffed.

APPLE VALLEY, MN — Apple Valley police helped a couple after they lost the key to their handcuffs. Officers arrived on the scene and found a man handcuffed behind the back.

The man said he was "embarrassed" and would rather not say why he was handcuffed.

An officer was able to set him free and told the couple that before they use the handcuffs for any reason, they should make sure they have a key handy.
