Apple Valley Police: Woman, 21, Arrested For Hit-And-Run

​A suspect vehicle has been identified and a 21-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an alleged hit-and-run in Apple Valley.

APPLE VALLEY, MN — A suspect vehicle has been identified and a 21-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an alleged hit-and-run in Apple Valley. On Sunday, Aug. 6 at 2:09 a.m., Apple Valley officers were dispatched to Wild Bills Sports Saloon (15020 Glazier Avenue) on a report of a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, officers located a 38-year-old male pedestrian who was injured.

The victim was administered first aid and transported to the hospital. He is expected to recover from his injuries, according to a news release. Witnesses reported that the vehicle which hit the pedestrian fled from the area, police said.

The suspect vehicle was described as a white crossover SUV with minor front end damage. The Apple Valley Police Department and Minnesota State Patrol are continuing this investigation.
