Eligibility
- Rental property is in Dakota County.
- COVID-19 hardship that caused unpaid rent and/or fees from March 1st, 2020 or later.
- The tenant(s) who are behind on rent currently live in the unit(s).
Not Eligible
- Units with Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
- Project Based Section 8 Units.
Forms you need to submit with your application
- Completed w9.
- Documentation of unpaid rent and fees for the qualifying units. This must be a rent ledger spreadsheet. In your ledger, you must include all of the data included in our our sample ledger
- Renter Statements. Each renter who owes unpaid rent or fees must complete a renter statement.
You must complete a separate application for each property/apartment community.
