HASTINGS, MN — The following people were booked at the Dakota County Jail on Friday after their arrests.

Matthew James Groth, arrested by Lakeville police on suspicion of neglect of a child.

Stephanie Marie Carey, arrested by Lakeville police on suspicion of probation violation.

Rodney-Ray Robert Jones, arrested by Eagan police on suspicion of unauthorized use of parking certificate for physically disabled.

Pamela Jean Sawyer, arrested by Lakeville police on suspicion of domestic abuse.
