The Dakota County Law Library is hosting a free legal information session on Debtors’ Rights on October 11, 2011 from 6 - 7 p.m. The presentation will be presented by Paul Junek, from Volunteer Lawyers Network. The session will cover: collection calls, lawsuits, garnishment and bankruptcy. It will be held at the Galaxie Library, which is located at 14955 Galaxie Avenue in Apple Valley.
