Former DCTC VP in Anoka-Ramsay College President Search
Dr. Ron Erickson will make several on-campus visits next week.

A former vice president at (DCTC) is one of five finalists in the search for a new president of Anoka-Ramsay Community and Anoka Technical College.
Dr. Ron Erickson was the vice president of academic affairs and institutional planning at Rosemount's DCTC before becoming the president of Nelsonville, Ohio's Hocking College in 2009.
Erickson was one of five semi-finalists announced by a presidential search committee on Tuesday.
The other semi-finalists are:
- Dr. Constance Mierendorf, special assistant to the president of Hudson County Community College, Jersey City, N.J.
- Dr. Linda Baer, senior program officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Postsecondary Success.
- Dr. Jerry Migler, currently provost and executive VP of the Moorhead campus of Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
- Dr. Alex J. Kajstura, provost and director of business at the Norfolk campus of Tidewater Community College, Norfolk, Va.
Each of the finalists will make an on-campus visit next week. The advisory committee will then present the names of the finalist candidates to the chancellor's office.
The chancellor and members of the Board of Trustees will interview the finalists, with the chancellor making a final recommendation to the president of the board. A new president is expected to be named by July.
