Troy Lee Velde, 49, was killed in the collision on 2180 160th Street East.The crash involving three cars happened just before 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 21. Velde died at the scene from "multiple blunt force injuries," according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.Three other victims were <a href="https://www.twincities.com/2020/02/22/one-killed-three-injured-in-three-car-crash-in-dakota-county-friday-night/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">transported to the hospital</a>, the Pioneer Press reports. Police are still investigating what led to the crash.
