Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Local Author Cary J. Griffith will discuss his book "Lost in the Wild" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the Robert Trail Branch of the Dakota County Library. Griffith's book is on stories of survival in the far north. Each month the RAAC and Robert Trail branch partner to bring an author—frequently a local author—to talk about their work and their lives. April's author is Yefim Milshteyn, a survivor of Nazi death camps and the Soviet forced labor camp system. He will speak of his experiences at the Robert Trail library on April 3.
