Minnesota Valley Women's Chorale's Treble Choir Festival

Join us on Saturday, February 9^th at 7:30 pm for the 3^rd Annual Treble Choir Festival at the Farmington High School Auditorium. The Minnesota Valley Women’s Chorale (MVWC), directed by Judy Sagen, will be hosting three choirs: Bel Canto from Burnsville High School, directed by Jaclyn Anderson; Bel Canto from Chanhassen High School, directed by Sarah Gilbertson; and Cantabile from Farmington High School, directed by Brian Ohnsorg. Each choir will perform individually, concluding with two mass numbers.

A variety of music highlighting the beauty of women’s voices will be performed. The goal of the festival is to promote collaboration and learning among the choirs and to encourage lifelong singing in young women. The MVWC is a local community choir consisting of a diverse group of women of all ages. The choir was voted one of the Top 5 Community Choirs in Minnesota!

This concert is open to the public and free to attend. Donations will be accepted at the end of the concert, with proceeds funding the Minnesota Valley Women’s Chorale High School Scholarship Program.
