National Rifle Association Endorses Republican Jason Lewis
The National Rifle Association is not staying quiet when it comes to the competitive race in Minnesota's Second District.
The National Rifle Association is not staying quiet when it comes to the competitive race in Minnesota's Second District between Democrat Angie Craig and Republican Jason Lewis. The Second District includes parts of Apple Valley and Rosemount.
In an email, the gun-rights group asked its members to "please vote Jason Lewis for U.S. House of Representatives." The group gave Lewis a “AQ” rating.
The NRA cited Lewis' support for conceal and carry laws and the candidates opposition for a Federal gun database, as well as a ban on semi-automatic weapons.

In contrast, his opponent, Angie Craig, has received an “F” rating from NRA-PVF. She opposes your Second Amendment rights and supports the Obama/Bloomberg/Clinton gun control agenda.
Craig's campaign website does not mention support of gun control.
